Enterprise end users: If you are an employee or other authorized user of an enterprise customer, requests to access, update, or delete personal data should be submitted through your employer or account administrator.

Retention is determined based on data classification and customer requirements.

• Residual copies may persist for a limited period in backups or disaster recovery systems before being overwritten.
