Inside Our Mission Rock Innovation Session with Hilti and Google DeepMind

We brought together leaders from Google DeepMind, Hilti Group, ShipStation Global, Parts Town, and Applicate Commerce at our San Francisco office to talk about where AI is headed in the physical goods economy, and what it takes to move beyond experimentation.

The next generation of AI will be defined by how organizations capture and operationalize their expertise.

On July 7, we hosted leaders from Google DeepMind, Hilti Group, ShipStation Global, Parts Town, and Applicate Commerce at our Mission Rock office in San Francisco for an innovation session focused on where AI is headed in the physical goods economy, and what it takes to move beyond experimentation into production.

Through customer examples and open discussion, Sumantro Das, Iris Cheng, Raghav Sharma, Princess Buenaventura, and Rohan Freedman explored how organizations can capture institutional judgment, transform it into operational context, and enable autonomous AI agents to execute complex business workflows.

Matt Ridenour from Google DeepMind shared why the latest advances in foundation models are making enterprise-scale AI deployments increasingly practical.

The best part of these sessions is bringing together operators who are actively building and deploying AI. The conversations are candid, the lessons are practical, and everyone leaves with a clearer picture of where the industry is headed.
